Brief project description:
The project involves conducting training and preparation of ambitious, intelligent and purposeful young people into public service within oblast state administration, and training with provide an opportunity to obtain employment of young people in district state administrations.
The main goal of the project is the rejuvenation of the public service to increase openness and transparency of government and accessibility to employment for young people with potential but without experience.
Objective: to provide knowledge and information on the specifics of work and employment in all departments and directorates and provide internship opportunities for all participants. Everyone will have the chance and accessibility to get job in local government.
Yuriy Svyatoslavovych Pitel – head of the Ternopil oblast chapter of the All-Ukrainian NGO Solidarity Youth;

Ohorodnyk Serhiy Ivanovych – assistant-consultant of the Ternopil city councilman;
Kovalok Maxym Yaroslavovych, a member of Ternopil oblast chapter of the All-Ukrainian NGO Solidarity Youth;
Nebelskyy Rostyslav Orestovych – assistant-consultant of Ukraine’s people’s deputy.
